Access Security Operation Center Specialist

Position Summary

Joining Triple Canopy in this role allows you to leverage your expertise to help detect and prevent acts of violence against a corporation's Access Security Operations Center Specialist located in Miami FL. This is an exciting opportunity to support a program that strengthens America.

Responsibilities

• Security patrols
• Access control
• Security related personnel escort duties
• Traffic, parking control, law and order duties
• Security and fire safety surveillance
• Issue and collect badge
• Verify individual eligibility via a background database
• Resolve on-site access issues
• Work via a "live list" to determine who should get authorized access
• May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday
• Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions

Qualifications

• US. Citizenship
• Minimum 18 years of age
• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Minimum two (2) years of access control and/or security officer experience
• Read, speak, and understand English language fluently
