Responsibilities

• Is the primary point of contact for client referrals; collects information as part of pre-screening and data collection.
• Ensures appropriate customers are quickly engaged in assessment process; manages walk-ins.
• Answers the intake telephone line, provides general information about AYN services, and ensures clients are promptly connected to the assessment process.
• Collects and follows up on required admission criteria, enters demographic and financial information into the ECHO system, sets up client charts prior to admission, and completes PCPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Human Services preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a front-desk position or call center; must have Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) status.
