Access Control Security Officer

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, patrolling various locations, preserving order, enforcing regulations and directives, and providing customer service and information to employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites to ensure security and safety of property and personnel.
• Patrol a variety of locations, preserving order and enforcing client‑specific regulations and directives.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• Perform frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may include climbing stairs, walking on inclines, and traversing uneven terrain for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of security experience.
• Valid driver certification.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Meet and maintain any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers/guards.

Pay

Wage: $19.25 per hour; weekly pay.
