Access Control/Security Alarm Technician

a Sign-on Bonus Of $4,919 Is Available For The Successful Applicant Of This Position Paid In 2 Installments Within 12 Months Of Hire $2,459.50 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE & $2,459.50 12 MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE. Serve as a technical resource supporting all lower grade technicians/personnel assigned to the shop in the areas of Security, Access, CCTV, remote integrated key access controls, and electrified and traditional hardware. Design Card Access, Security, and CCTV system installations customized to customer/departmental need and/or requirements. Anticipate and proactively pursue possible maintenance issues before they occur by examining system performance, trending past performance, and applying tech notes sent or posted by equipment/system manufacturers. Recognize and perform necessary training needs of lower grade technicians and orient new technicians/personnel assigned to the shop. Must possess a valid NC Driver's License or have the ability to obtain one prior to hire.A valid NC Locksmith License is required, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
