Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively via phone and in person
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of guest and service provider logs and records
- React appropriately to emergency situations and follow access control procedures
- Operate and monitor electronic security control systems
Requirements
- Punctuality and reliable transportation to work
- Minimum 1-2 years of front desk experience
- High school diploma or equivalent, with intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Buildinglink)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Special Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing or sitting for long periods
- Handling, fingering, grasping, and lifting objects and packages
- Navigating the property/building efficiently
- Working extended hours and weekends as needed
- Responding to emergencies promptly
- Being organized and detail-oriented
Qualifications
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Buildinglink).
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
