Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively via phone and in person
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of guest and service provider logs and records
• React appropriately to emergency situations and follow access control procedures
• Operate and monitor electronic security control systems

Requirements

• Punctuality and reliable transportation to work
• Minimum 1-2 years of front desk experience
• High school diploma or equivalent, with intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Buildinglink)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Special Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing or sitting for long periods
• Handling, fingering, grasping, and lifting objects and packages
• Navigating the property/building efficiently
• Working extended hours and weekends as needed
• Responding to emergencies promptly
• Being organized and detail-oriented

Qualifications

Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Buildinglink).

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
