Access Control

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of the fabrication (FAB) facility by controlling access to restricted areas.
• Ensure that personnel, contractors, and visitors follow proper sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to access control.
• Collaborate with facility management and operations teams to ensure the seamless entry and exit of authorized personnel without disrupting production or operations.
• Ensure that all contractors wear shoe covers while entering and working in designated areas.
• Monitor and enforce the use of shoe covers at all times to maintain site cleanliness.
• Provide contractors with shoe covers and ensure they are properly worn.
• Conduct regular checks to confirm compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Report any non-compliance to management promptly.
• Monitor and report the number of people entering the FAB using the people counter.

Qualifications

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• A high energy level with a strong commitment to service quality.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends if needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
• Prior experience in janitorial or construction environments is preferred.

Pay

17.50 an hour with weekly pay.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7am-4:30pm.
