Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity of the fabrication (FAB) facility by controlling access to restricted areas.
- Ensure that personnel, contractors, and visitors follow proper sign-in/sign-out procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to access control.
- Collaborate with facility management and operations teams to ensure the seamless entry and exit of authorized personnel without disrupting production or operations.
- Ensure that all contractors wear shoe covers while entering and working in designated areas.
- Monitor and enforce the use of shoe covers at all times to maintain site cleanliness.
- Provide contractors with shoe covers and ensure they are properly worn.
- Conduct regular checks to confirm compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Report any non-compliance to management promptly.
- Monitor and report the number of people entering the FAB using the people counter.
Qualifications
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- A high energy level with a strong commitment to service quality.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends if needed.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
- Prior experience in janitorial or construction environments is preferred.

17.50 an hour with weekly pay.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 7am-4:30pm.
