Access Center Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of your job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationships with coworkers
• Handle all types of incoming calls
• Enter referrals into HCHB, except for the intake note
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
• Adhere to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2–3 years of work-related experience
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Working Conditions

Full-time position in a fast-paced call center environment with heavy phone and computer use.
