The Access Associate Senior plays a critical role in ensuring seamless, compassionate patient entry into care across UVA Health's academic medical system. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing patient registration, insurance verification, and demographic updates with high accuracy
• Communicating with patients and families to provide clear guidance on processes, expectations, and next steps
• Collaborating with clinical teams, providers, and fellow access staff to resolve complex scheduling or registration challenges
• Maintaining composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while prioritizing both patient care and compliance standards

• Experience: 2+ years of directly relevant experience required

Pay Range

The starting base rate for this role is $19.50/hr. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
