Responsibilities
- Leading requirements gathering sessions, solution design, and configuration for Oracle Cloud WMS.
- Designing inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and cross dock workflows tailored to client needs.
- Translating business requirements into Oracle WMS functional specifications and integration designs.
- Conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), UAT, and solution validation activities.
- Overseeing data migration, testing cycles, and cutover planning related to warehouse operations.
- Providing guidance to offshore teams, junior consultants, and client SMEs.
- Creating project documentation including BRDs, functional designs, SOPs, and training material.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (OTM, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Integration teams).
- Ensuring Oracle Cloud WMS best practices are applied across all functional areas.
- Supporting post go-live hypercare, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle WMS, with minimum 3 years on Oracle Cloud WMS (WMS Cloud / Oracle Logistics Cloud).
- Minimum 5 years of experience with configuring: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, inventory controls, and task management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with integrations involving ERP, OTM, TMS, scanners/RF devices, and third-party automation systems.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated expertise in leading Oracle WMS Cloud implementations or rollouts.
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading CRPs, design workshops, and cross-functional discussions with business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent OR equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Bonus Points
- Experience with warehouse automation (Conveyors, AS/RS, AMRs/AGVs, Robotics).
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud SCM, Oracle WMS Cloud).
- Experience in related Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Order Management, OTM, Manufacturing).
- Background in supply chain transformation, distribution operations, or logistics engineering.
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones.
Pay
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The following are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:
- California: $94,400 to $266,300
- Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000
- Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000
- District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000
- Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000
- Maine: $80,400 to $196,000
- Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000
- Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000
- Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000
- New York: $87,400 to $266,300
- New Jersey: $100,500 to $266,300
- Virginia: $87,400 to $245,000
- Washington: $100,500 to $245,000
