Oracle WMS Cloud Lead

About the Role

As an Oracle WMS Cloud Lead, you will design, configure, and deliver innovative warehouse management solutions using Oracle Cloud WMS. You will lead functional design, drive client workshops, and guide project teams through end-to-end implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution design, and configuration for Oracle Cloud WMS.
• Design inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and cross-dock workflows tailored to client needs.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle WMS functional specifications and integration designs.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), UAT, and solution validation activities.
• Oversee data migration, testing cycles, and cutover planning related to warehouse operations.
• Provide guidance to offshore teams, junior consultants, and client SMEs.
• Create project documentation including BRDs, functional designs, SOPs, and training material.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (OTM, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Integration teams).
• Ensure Oracle Cloud WMS best practices are applied across all functional areas.
• Support post-go-live hypercare, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience as an Oracle WMS Cloud Lead.
