About You
You are a seasoned Oracle integration architect who has led complex, multi-stream Financials integration programs from blueprint through hypercare. You design solutions connecting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials to third-party platforms, commerce channels, EDI networks, and enterprise middleware with technical rigor and client-facing authority. As a Senior Manager, you set architecture standards, own delivery quality across onshore and offshore teams, and translate technical complexity into clear decisions for CFO-level stakeholders. You don’t just consult on integrations—you lead them.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end integration architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials engagements, defining patterns, standards, and reusable assets.
- Lead solution design for high-complexity integration scenarios, including Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) order-to-cash flows, EDI invoice processing, PaaS-based extensions, and third-party platform connectivity.
- Architect and deliver integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven messaging; define error handling, retry logic, and operational monitoring frameworks.
- Govern integration delivery across onshore and offshore squads—reviewing designs, enforcing standards, managing dependencies, and driving accountability to program timelines.
- Conduct architecture workshops and design sessions with client IT, Finance, and business operations teams; produce architecture decision records (ADRs) and integration design documents (IDDs).
- Lead SIT, regression, and performance testing for integration workstreams; define test strategies and sign off on cutover readiness.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve integration risks, issues, and cross-stream dependencies proactively; present options and recommendations to client leadership and Accenture program management.
- Establish and maintain integration runbooks, API catalogues, and operational support documentation for post-go-live handover.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, architecture solutioning, and client orals for Oracle integration pursuits in the mid-market space.
- Develop and mentor junior architects and integration consultants; build team capability in OIC, Oracle Financials, and API best practices.
Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation experience, with at least 5 years in an integration architect or integration lead role.
- Minimum 5 years designing and delivering OIC-based integrations across applications, with completion of at least two full-cycle programs.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including integration patterns, adapters, process automation, and visual builder.
- Minimum 5 years working with API management, REST/SOAP web services, EDI standards, and event-driven integration architectures.
- Minimum 4 years leading mixed onshore/offshore delivery teams of 5 or more; ability to set technical direction and hold distributed teams to quality and schedule.
- Minimum 4 years engaging confidently with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders on architecture decisions, risks, and program status.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience. (If an Associate’s Degree, 6 years of work experience is required.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commerce platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, NetSuite) connected to Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle PaaS extension patterns (VBCS, Process Cloud, Integration Fabric) for Financials customization without customization.
- Experience integrating Oracle Financials with Avanade/Microsoft Azure API Management, Logic Apps, or Azure Service Bus.
- Knowledge of AI-driven automation within integration pipelines, such as intelligent document processing, anomaly detection in financial transactions, or predictive reconciliation.
- Oracle Cloud Integration certification or Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementation certification.
- MBA and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect).
