About the role

We are currently searching for supervisors to join our Fast Track Partner initiative. Our goal is to find individuals with strong leadership qualities who can potentially become General Office Partners through our General Office Fast Track Management Program.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and manage a team of financial professionals
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a similar role
