Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration efforts to capture synergies and optimize operations
• Conduct synergy analysis to evaluate potential benefits from business combinations
• Implement business process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide operational advice to drive successful integration outcomes and value realization
• Manage change initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth
• Utilize strategic thinking to develop actionable roadmaps for sustainable growth
• Engage in market research to inform M&A strategy and identify opportunities for value creation
• Collaborate with private equity clients to deliver tailored solutions and strategic insights
• Oversee project management activities to validate timely delivery of client engagements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• This position is for job seekers who are in their final year of their MBA program at the time of application

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
