Academic Team Coaches

Job Description

The Academic Team Coaches are responsible for supporting student athletes in their academic success. This includes providing guidance on study skills, time management, and academic resources.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students in developing effective study habits and time management strategies
• Providing access to tutoring services and other academic resources
• Mentoring students to help them achieve their academic goals
• Collaborating with teachers and school administrators to ensure academic support is aligned with educational objectives

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in education, coaching, or a related field
• Experience working with high school students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Pay

The stipend for this position is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
