We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About Us (but we should not repeat job title; we can have About the role? The posting includes "About Us" describing company. That could map to "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for role description; we have "Job Overview". That could be used as About the role. We'll include a section with heading
About the role
and put the Job Overview paragraph. Responsibilities: there is a big list of duties. We'll put underResponsibilities
with- items. Need to capture all substantive duties. We'll need to parse the responsibilities text and break into list items. There's a lot; we can create list items for each bullet-like sentence. The text includes "Essential Job Duties: Academic Supervisor Duties:" then many sentences separated by periods. We'll split at periods that end sentences. Also there is "Key Responsibilities:" list. We'll combine.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, disclosures, privacy policy, etc. Also exclude "About Us" maybe we can keep as About the role? Actually About Us is company description; we could put under About the role or maybe we could omit because not role-specific. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit company description? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep the About Us content. Where to put? Could be under About the role heading (makes sense). We'll include that paragraph.
Requirements: there is "Job Requirements Mandatory:" and "Preferred:" plus "Working Conditions:" and "Physical Requirements:" plus disclosure about accommodations. We'll treat mandatory and preferred as Requirements. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements could be under Requirements or maybe separate sections like Qualifications? But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: Requirements (mandatory), Qualifications (preferred?), Skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office), Benefits (none explicit), Pay (none), Schedule (none). Since Benefits, Pay, Schedule not specified, we must NOT include those sections.
We need to include Skills section if there is specific content: proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook at intermediate level. That's a skill. So we can have
Skills
with- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook . Qualifications: maybe we can put preferred qualifications (Bachelor's degree, previous experience with Job Corps program, State of Alaska teaching certificate). Also maybe "Associates Degree in a related field" is mandatory qualification; but we already put that under Requirements. Could shift: Requirements = mandatory experience, etc. Qualifications = preferred education/certifications. We'll decide. Let's extract: About Us paragraph: "When you work at Chugach Government Solutions (CGS), you join a proud legacy of supporting missions while sustaining culture. Job Overview: "Supervises the academics department relating to Adult Basic Education (TABE) testing, GED testing, academic support program testing, disability training and other special training programs in compliance with government, corporate, and management directives. Coordinates supplemental training for staff and students." Responsibilities: list all duties. Then "Key Responsibilities:" list: - Completing all mandated training requirements per government and management directives. - Timely and cost-effective performance of duties. - Ability to effectively communicate and present information to students, management and line staff, corporate and DOL personnel and public groups. - Strong analytical skills to interpret and manage data. - Ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with all departments - Timely completion and accuracy of all departmental work. - Dealing with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations. - Adherence to established company safety policies and ability to work in a safe manner, using any required personal protective equipment (PPE) as may be required. - Compliance with company standard operating procedures and personnel policies and procedures. We'll combine all these into a single
- list.
Now Requirements (mandatory):
- Associates Degree in a related field.
- Two (2) years related experience.
- One (1) year supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
- Successfully pass background check and drug test required on the contract.
- Current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Qualifications (preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience with Job Corps program.
- State of Alaska teaching certificate.
Skills: we already have proficiency with Microsoft Office; but that's also in Requirements. Could move to Skills section and keep Requirements without that. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: Requirements will contain education, experience, background check, driver license. Skills will contain Microsoft Office proficiency. That seems reasonable.
Thus:
Requirements (mandatory):
- Associates Degree in a related field.
- Two (2) years related experience.
- One (1) year supervisory experience.
- Successfully pass background check and drug test required on the contract.
- Current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Qualifications (preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience with Job Corps program.
- State of Alaska teaching certificate.
We also have Working Conditions and Physical Requirements; we could incorporate them into Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions". But we don't have a heading for that; we could add under Requirements as additional items. The instruction: we can only use the given headings; we cannot create new headings like Working Conditions. So we must fold them into existing headings if they exist. Could put under Requirements as additional bullet points. Or under Qualifications? Probably Requirements is fine.
Thus add to Requirements:
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk and talk or hear; occasional use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Work somewhat close to other people, such as when sharing office space.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision and ability to adjust focus.
We'll include those.
Now Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not specified, so we omit those sections.
Now we need to
