About the role
We are seeking two Academic Success Coaches to work directly with our social work students.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive outreach to social work students
- Offer individualized academic coaching
- Implement retention-focused interventions
- Coordinate with faculty and campus partners
- Promote student persistence, academic achievement, professional readiness, and timely progression toward degree completion
- Support online student onboarding
- Foster community building
- Facilitate program-specific engagement
