Academic Skills Advisor in Humanities
The Academic Skills Advisor in Humanities is sought to support undergraduate and taught graduate students at Christ Church. Reporting to the Academic Skills Coordinator and the Academic Registrar, this role involves providing up to 16 hours of academic skills sessions during term time.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic skills sessions to help students develop their academic abilities.
- Occasionally offer additional sessions during vacations, based on need and availability.
Requirements
Applicants should have relevant experience and qualifications in education or a related field, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in a humanities-related field, though other relevant qualifications will be considered.
Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
