Academic Provider Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain a collaborative partnership with clinical leadership which consists of regular meetings, candidate reporting and sharing of information.
• Support a full cycle provider recruitment process to include sourcing, screening, interviews and contract negotiations.
• Maintains and utilizes the applicant tracking system Workday, and additional internal team documentation processes for provider recruitment tracking, reporting and compliance.
• Willing to obtain Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging training to continue the teams' mission in recruiting and retaining top diverse talent.
• Puts the candidate experience at the center of their work.
• Develops and strategizes with assigned departments to create unique solutions that drive continued recruitment success in our competitive market.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Five (5) years of healthcare recruitment experience required, preferably in the provider space.
• Primary Care recruitment experience is a plus.

Exemption Status Exempt
Hiring Range $71,780.80 - $129,230.40
Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
