About the Role
We are seeking an Academic Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a leading children's hospital. This role involves providing comprehensive pediatric orthopaedic care in inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings, as well as supervising faculty, residents, and medical students. Based on your interests, you may also engage in clinical service, teaching, administrative, and research activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality pediatric orthopaedic care across the spectrum of injury and pathology.
- Supervise and mentor faculty, residents, and medical students.
- Contribute to medical education and training programs.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care.
- Participate in departmental activities aligned with your expertise.
- Engage in clinical service, teaching, and potentially administrative or research activities.
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in orthopaedic surgery.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Missouri.
- Experience level will determine faculty rank.
