Seeking a full-time academic Epilepsy Specialist to join a multidisciplinary epilepsy program. The role involves delivering comprehensive epilepsy care, participating in an expanding epilepsy monitoring unit, and engaging in teaching and research within an academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert clinical care for patients with complex seizure disorders
• Participating in community outreach, speaking engagements, and clinical programs
• Maintaining clinical decision-making during service hours and overseeing all clinical activities
• Ensuring compliance with risk management, coding, and quality standards
• Providing after-hours call coverage for practice patients
• Contributing to academic medicine through teaching and research

Qualifications and Skills

• Fellowship training in epilepsy or clinical neurophysiology
• Passion for delivering specialized epilepsy care
• Strong collaborative and patient-centered approach
• Experience in academic medicine and research is preferred
