About the role
The Academic Leadership Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the academic leadership team at our institution. This position involves coordinating various academic initiatives, managing faculty development programs, and ensuring that all academic policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate faculty development programs and workshops
- Support the implementation of academic policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain academic records and databases
- Assist in the evaluation and assessment of academic programs
- Oversee the organization of academic conferences and events
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with academic technology tools and platforms

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
