Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Principal's Certification
• Three years' experience as a classroom teacher; supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to organize and coordinate campus curriculum programs
• Ability to interpret data
• Ability to provide ongoing, targeted professional development to teachers
• Knowledge of curriculum, instruction and assessment
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Major Responsibilities And Duties

• Implement procedures to identify and monitor achievement of students at all grade levels on the campus.
• Improve instruction through curriculum differentiation.
• Develop and coordinate a continuing evaluation of the program and implement changes based on findings.
• Consult with staff to provide resources and materials to aid in accomplishing program goals.
• Provide targeted intervention support for individuals and small groups.
• Provide ongoing professional development for teachers.
• Conduct action research to identify problems, propose solutions, establish action research design procedures, and evaluate research outcomes to inform teacher practices.
• Afford resources and materials to aid staff in accomplishing program goals.
• Assist with the collection, processing, and distribution of data and interpret this information for instructional purposes.
• Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rule, and local board policy.
• Provide on-site professional development for teachers.
