Academic Dean

About the role

Join us as we seek an Academic Dean for our soon-to-open campus in Rowlett, TX, to expand and refine our training courses, while providing guidance and inspiration to our faculty and students as well as direct the recruitment, development, and management of a top-notch team dedicated to crafting innovative curricula and programs.

Responsibilities

• Encourage commitment to the vision and core values of Lincoln Tech
• Emphasize strategies that maximize the use of available resources, to consistently strive for quality results and achieve standards of excellence
• Make effective decisions and support implementation and evaluation of programs and policies
• Contribute to curriculum development and implementation
• Encourage and support faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations
• Focus on faculty recruitment, to ensure qualified instructors for all programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of management experience
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management
• PREFERRED: Master's degree in Education or related field
