About the role
Expand and refine our training courses while providing guidance and inspiration to our faculty and students. Direct the recruitment, development, and management of a top-notch team dedicated to crafting innovative curricula and programs.
Responsibilities
- Encourage commitment to the vision and core values of Lincoln Tech.
- Emphasize strategies that maximize the use of available resources to consistently strive for quality results and achieve standards of excellence.
- Make effective decisions and support implementation and evaluation of programs and policies.
- Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements.
- Contribute to curriculum development and implementation.
- Encourage and support faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations.
- Focus on faculty recruitment to ensure qualified instructors for all programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management.
Qualifications
Preferred: Master’s degree in Education or related field.
