Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
• Analyze data trends to improve user experience and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all security measures are up-to-date and effective.
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues related to the Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with web development and database management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
