Position Introduction

Bar passage rates are among the most critical metrics for law schools success. This position is essential to strengthen OU Law's bar passage outcomes and supporting student success. A dedicated bar preparation and academic support professional will provide targeted workshops, individualized feedback and early intervention for at-risk students, while also coordinating with faculty to integrate bar-specific skills into the curriculum.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 48 months of program development, program management or related experience

Department Preferences

• 2-5 years of experience teaching bar exam preparation, legal writing, or other law school courses
• 2-5 years of law school or undergraduate program management
• 2-5 years of general or academic support advising at the law school or undergraduate level
