About the role
The Dodge Family College of Arts and Sciences Student Success and Advising Center is seeking a student-focused and collaborative Academic Advisor to join its undergraduate student support team.
Responsibilities
- Assist students with degree planning, course sequencing, and understanding of university policies and academic requirements.
- Help students identify resources and opportunities that support their educational and professional goals.
- Work closely with students to provide accurate guidance, monitor academic progress, respond to student inquiries, and assist students in navigating university and college processes.
Requirements
- No specific required education or certifications/licenses.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in academic advising, higher education administration, student development, or counseling is preferred.
- Previous academic advising or student support experience is preferred.

Pay
Targeted salary of $43,000, depending on education and experience.
