AC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, fans, motors, and electrical components.
• Work on ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to service and install AC systems.
• Diagnose system malfunctions and make necessary repairs to ensure peak efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance on packaged units, split coil systems, air compressors, pumps, and more.
• Inspect electrical components and ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Use testing devices (ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes) to ensure system compatibility and safety.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience in a residential setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot single & three-phase installations.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
