About the role
The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, is seeking candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non‑tenure academic clinician track. The positions focus on thoracic oncology.
Requirements
- M.D. or equivalent degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
Teaching responsibilities
- Teaching hematology/oncology fellows, house staff, and medical students
- Achieve 100 credits per year of active, high‑quality teaching (academic clinician track requirement)
Clinical responsibilities
- Outpatient patient care in thoracic cancers
- Inpatient attending service for general solid tumor oncology patients at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania
