We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes sections: About Parspec (company description), The Opportunity, What You Will Own (with subsections Campaign Execution, Enterprise ABM, Field Marketing), Who You Are (Mandatory Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications), What We Offer, Preferred Location, Join Us - Lead the Transformation! (maybe not needed), How To Apply (application instructions) which we should remove per instructions: remove application instructions. Also remove boilerplate like EEO etc. There's no explicit EEO but there is diversity statement; that might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The diversity statement could be considered EEO? It's about diversity and discrimination-free workplace. Likely we should remove that as boilerplate. Also "EEO/equal-opportunity". So we should omit that paragraph. We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should not repeat the job title as a heading. The posting doesn't have explicit job title but we can infer "ABM Specialist and Campaign Manager". We should not put that as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections like About the role? Actually we have "About Parspec" which is company overview; maybe we can treat as "About the role"? But the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we can adapt: we need to use those headings only if content matches. The posting includes: About Parspec (company description) - could be "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could treat as "About the role" describing the role and company? Might be okay. However we have sections: What You Will Own (responsibilities) - could be "Responsibilities". Who You Are (qualifications) - could be "Qualifications" or "Requirements". What We Offer - could be "Benefits". Preferred Location - maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted or put under "Schedule"? Not exactly. There's no explicit Pay or Schedule. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. There's no pay or schedule specifics. So we omit those. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like numbers, etc. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove "How To Apply" section. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's parse the posting and extract substantive content. Original text: About Parspec Parspec is building the AI and digital infrastructure for the construction materials supply chain. Construction is a $15 trillion industry, yet the systems that underpin the buying and selling of materials remain fragmented, manual, and disconnected. Distributors and rep agencies rely on spreadsheets, PDFs, phone calls, and siloed tools to find new products and quote and manage projects — creating delays, errors, and margin erosion across the supply chain. Parspec is an AI-native platform that powers how construction products are discovered, bought, and sold. Trusted by more than 300 MEP distributors and rep agencies, Parspec helps project-driven businesses bid faster, win more work, and operate more profitably. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in San Mateo, California, Parspec has raised $31 million from leading deep-tech and construction-technology investors. The Opportunity Parspec is looking for an ABM Specialist and Campaign Manager to own both sides of our demand engine: the targeted account-based programs that open enterprise doors, and the integrated campaigns that keep the pipeline full. You will run campaigns end to end — audiences, creative, channels, measurement — and build account-based programs against a concentrated, knowable market of MEP distributors and rep agencies. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, and our Content Marketing Manager to turn campaign narratives into pipeline. This is a hands-on role at a Series A company. There is no agency and no execution team behind you. You are the builder. What You Will Own Campaign Execution Execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, webinars, and organic channels.Build, launch, and optimize paid channels (LinkedIn, Google) by continuously testing audiences, creative, and offers.Build and maintain comprehensive campaign dashboards to track performance, growth opportunities, and total pipeline contribution.Own HubSpot as the system of record: lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, and data hygiene. Enterprise ABM Design and launch account-based marketing programs for key enterprise segments, creating tailored touchpoints for specific buying committees within target accounts.Partner directly with the Sales team on lead quality feedback loops and the air cover needed to close high-value deals.Manage the transition of marketing-engaged leads to Sales, ensuring high-intent prospects are identified and prioritized for immediate outreach. At Parspec, we recognize that traditional job descriptions don't always capture the full range of your unique abilities — and that's perfectly okay. The Parspec team believes that varied backgrounds drive better outcomes and fuel innovation. We are a team of self-starters that lead from every seat. We welcome applicants from all walks of life to join us and help shape the future at Parspec. How To Apply Submit your application and resume highlighting your achievements. Apply now and help drive transformative change in one of the world's oldest and largest industries! We need to remove the "Join Us - Lead the Transformation!" paragraph (diversity statement) and "How To Apply". Also remove any duplicated lines (none seen). Also remove any boilerplate like EEO etc. The diversity statement is likely considered EEO; we should remove it. Now we need to structure with headings. Potential sections: - About the role (maybe combine About Parspec and The Opportunity? Actually About the role could be a brief description of the role and company. We could have two headings: About the role (company overview) and Responsibilities (What You Will Own). But the instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which are relevant. We have: - About the role: could include company description and opportunity overview. - Responsibilities: What You Will Own (Campaign Execution, Enterprise ABM, Field Marketing). Could be a list. - Requirements/Qualifications: Who You Are (Mandatory Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications). Could be combined under Qualifications. - Benefits: What We Offer. - Preferred Location: maybe not a standard heading; could be included under Benefits or as a separate section? Not in list. Could be omitted or put under Benefits as a bullet? The instruction says only include sections when posting has real specific content; we have location info. Could we create a "Location" heading? Not in the prescribed list but we could still use

for any heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Likely we should stick to those examples. So we should not create a Location heading unless we can map it to one of those. Could we put location under Benefits? Not really. Could we put under Schedule? No. Could we omit location? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep location info. We could include it as a paragraph under Benefits or under About the role. Probably best to add a short paragraph under Benefits or after Benefits. Since location is substantive, we can include it as a

after Benefits heading, maybe as part of Benefits section. Thus sections:

    About the role

... company description and opportunity overview ...

    Responsibilities

    • ... list items ...

      Actually each duty as
    • . We need to break down responsibilities into list items. The responsibilities are grouped under Campaign Execution, Enterprise ABM, Field Marketing. We could either keep subheadings inside the
but we cannot use headings inside
unless we wrap? The instruction says use
          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid having headings inside list items? Probably better to keep each duty as a list item; we can include the subheading text as part of the item. Thus:
            • Campaign Execution: Execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, webinars, and organic channels; build, launch, and optimize paid channels (LinkedIn, Google) by continuously testing audiences, creative, and offers; build and maintain comprehensive campaign dashboards to track performance, growth opportunities, and total pipeline contribution; own HubSpot as the system of record: lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, and data hygiene.
            • Enterprise ABM: Design and launch account-based marketing programs for key enterprise segments, creating tailored touchpoints for specific buying committees within target accounts; partner directly with the Sales team on lead quality feedback loops and the air cover needed to close high-value deals; manage the transition of marketing-engaged leads to Sales, ensuring high-intent prospects are identified and prioritized for immediate outreach.
            • Field Marketing: Build the target account list for each event and drive pre-show outreach in partnership with Sales; own post-event lead follow-through to qualified opportunity; drive the distribution of our thought leadership through industry associations and partnerships.

            Qualifications

We have Mandatory and Preferred. Could combine into one list with headings? Might be better to have two subheadings inside Qualifications? But we cannot add extra headings beyond the allowed? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid having additional headings inside a section, but to be
