About the role
As an Aircrew Training & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all aircrew members are trained and compliant with aviation regulations.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing aircrew members.
- Oversee compliance with FAA and other regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with external agencies for inspections and audits.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Safety, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation management or related field.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and industry best practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
