Training and Compliance Manager

About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to oversee the operation of the Training and Compliance department. This role leads and develops a team of Training and Compliance Instructors at assigned location(s) within the First Aid and Safety Division. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and training while minimizing turnover, with a focus on growing the Training and Compliance business, particularly classroom training courses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Training and Compliance department operations.

• Grow the Training and Compliance business, with an emphasis on classroom training courses.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales management experience.
• New business-to-business account development experience.
• Industrial sales experience.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,420 - $95,160 per year, with eligibility for an annual target bonus. The bonus is based on individual, location, division, and/or company performance. The range accounts for factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and business needs.
