Training and Compliance Manager

About the role

This role oversees operation of the Training and Compliance department. The Training and Compliance Manager leads and develops the team of Training and Compliance Instructors at assigned location(s) in the First Aid and Safety Division. They are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training while minimizing turnover. The focus is to grow the Training and Compliance business, especially classroom training courses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Training and Compliance department operations
• Lead and develop a team of Training and Compliance Instructors
• Recruit, onboard, and train employees while minimizing turnover
• Grow the Training and Compliance business, with a focus on classroom training courses

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales management experience
• New business-to-business account development experience
• Industrial sales experience
