The Alliance of Border Collaboratives (ABC) seeks a VISTA Performance Measurement Coordinator to support the Health Navigation Services (HNS) project operations and sustainability strategy.

Program Description

The HNS project aims to increase access to care and improve health outcomes for underserved, low-income minority communities in El Paso, Culberson, Hudspeth, and Presidio Counties in Texas, and Otero, Luna, and Doña Ana Counties in New Mexico.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, program evaluation, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in project data collection and management, project monitoring and evaluation, and performance assessment
• Commitment to working with underserved, low-income minority communities
• Excellent problem solving, communication, organizational, and time management skills
