About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments
- Conduct therapy sessions with clients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Document progress and report to supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting individuals with ASD
