About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and assessments.
- Conduct therapy sessions with clients in a variety of settings including schools, homes, and community centers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
- Evaluate progress regularly and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current license to practice as an ABA therapist in your state.
- Experience working with individuals with ASD.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
- Passion for supporting individuals with ASD and their families.
