On-the-job educational programs for nurses, psychologists, advanced practice providers, psychiatrists, and chaplains are equipping the next generation of care providers. What Will You Do?
- Establish a positive working relationship with patients, parents and all other family members.
- Maintain a positive relationship with assigned patients and their families.
- Technicians must function as a member of the treatment team.
- Understands the principles of behaviorally based programming and design.
- Sustain a working knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through training and educational opportunities available within Pine Rest or individually.
- Utilize processes in place for measuring patient behaviors.
- Apply ABA processes for behavior modification.
What Does This Role Require?
- Education/Experience
- Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred
- Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCABA) certification preferred
- Knowledge through education or experience of Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Understanding of the current therapy principles in area of expertise
- On the job training or formal education in the application of ABA program principles
- Graduate education in Psychology, Social Work or other areas related to Mental or Physical Health are desired but not required

Pay
The equivalent base pay range for this position is $18.04 - $27.07. Your interview and offer letter will specify whether the role is hourly or salaried. Please note that this range does not include potential shift differentials, incentives, or bonuses, which may be part of the total compensation package. Final base pay will be determined based on location, experience, education, certifications, and FTE status.
