We are seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Bronx, NY. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs, including those with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Utilize early intervention strategies and learning technologies to promote literacy and social skills.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Master’s in Special Education preferred).
• Teacher’s certification for Students with Disabilities Birth–Grade 2.
• State certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with children with special needs, specifically those with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
