About the role
Join the Hamaspik of Kings County team as an ABA Provider and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental delays and autism. You’ll provide individualized ABA therapy in home- and daycare-based settings, collaborate with families and Early Intervention (EI) professionals, monitor progress, and support each child’s growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy and implement treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental delays
- Collaborate with families and EI professionals, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed
- Support and train families and caregivers in ABA techniques
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate session and progress records
Requirements
- NYS certification in Students with Disabilities (Birth–Grade 2), Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, or Teacher of Speech and Language
- Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education
- Experience working in Early Intervention
