ABA Social Group Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Group Leader (SGL) to oversee weekend Social Groups. The SGL role will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing social group programs that align with our organization's mission and values. About What You’ll Work On Job Duties (During Social Group): Facilitate social groups utilizing a daily agenda and focused social skills goalsDirect RBTs with clients according to agendas and rules/expectationsResponsible for facilitating setup and teardown before and after clients arriveAnswer quick questions and concerns from participants and/or caregivers when necessaryManage potential staff conflictAbility to float across a variety of clients, ability to cover rest and meal breaksAs needed, based on the size of the group, will work 1:1 with a client while leading the group. For a social group of 5 or more clients, the Site Director will determine if the Social Group Lead will have a 1:1 client or will be available to float.
