About the Role
The primary function of the ABA Scheduling and Operations Coordinator is to maintain day-to-day operations and assist with HR duties. They work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a smooth process for all employees from onboarding and beyond. This position is on site in Long Island, CA. Opportunities for remote work may be possible with approval.
Responsibilities
- Manage client and staff session schedules
- Support day-to-day operations and HR duties
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for seamless employee processes from onboarding onward
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) is highly preferred or 1 year of experience in related fields of healthcare or behavioral health, plus 1 year of experience in healthcare administration preferred
- Some college, associate degree, or higher (preferred)
- Ability to work on site at the ABA clinic in Long Island, CA
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
