Scheduling Operations Coordinator

Pay Range: $42.50/hr

About the role

As a Service Scheduling Coordinator, you will be part of the Scheduling Operations Department supporting Testing Operations and Fleet Management Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling and operational activities for the autonomous vehicle fleet
• Coordinate transportation, testing site bookings, and equipment needs
• Follow established processes to execute testing and operational tasks
• Maintain documentation, metrics, spreadsheets, and communication channels
• Ensure vehicles support priority missions and immediate testing team needs

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
• Experience in forecasting, planning, and project coordination
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stress environments
