ABA Revenue Cycle Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of billing and authorization services from our third party billing vendor to an internal Revenue Cycle department.
• Develop and implement internal workflows, policies, quality assurance measures, and reporting processes.
• Manage the full revenue cycle, including:
• Insurance eligibility verification
• Prior authorizations
• Claims submission
• Payment posting
• Accounts receivable
• Denial management and appeals
• Collections
• Payer communications
• Oversee CentralReach revenue cycle administration.
• Manage payer contracting and provider credentialing.
• Maintain key revenue cycle metrics to maximize collections and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay current with ABA billing regulations, payer policies, and reimbursement changes.
• Build, train, and supervise the internal Revenue Cycle team.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, increase revenue, and support the company's long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ABA or medical revenue cycle management.
• Strong experience using CentralReach is required.
• Extensive knowledge of ABA billing, insurance authorizations, denials, appeals, and accounts receivable.
• Experience with provider credentialing and payer contracting preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ledgership experience is preferred.
