Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue streams, reimbursement activity, and client-level financial performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Lead revenue cycle reconciliations and ensure accuracy across billing, collections, payroll, and financial reporting processes
- Monitor revenue drivers, service utilization, authorizations, census activity, and reimbursement trends
- Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models to improve revenue optimization and resource allocation
- Provide executive leadership with actionable financial analysis and recommendations for operational decision-making
- Supervise assigned team members and collaborate closely with accounting, finance, and operational leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, reimbursement, accounting, or financial analysis
- Experience within healthcare, nonprofit, human services, Medicaid-funded programs, or related environments strongly preferred
- Strong background in financial analysis, reconciliations, revenue reporting, forecasting, and financial systems
Pay
$65,000 - $90,000 DOE
Schedule
100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.
