Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and manage candidates for BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT openings across Upstate SC and Greater Atlanta
- Build and maintain consistent candidate pipelines across both markets through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local outreach
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clinical leadership in each region
- Manage candidate communication and experience from first contact through offer
- Track recruiting metrics and pipeline status by market, and report regularly on hiring progress
- Partner with HR and clinical leadership on job postings, compensation guidance, and offer details
- Coordinate with recruitment team for onboarding processes
- Represent CMS at job fairs, university partnerships, and local networking events in SC and GA as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare, ABA, or behavioral health recruiting strongly preferred)
- Comfortable managing a high volume of candidates and openings across multiple markets simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Self-starter who can work independently while staying aligned with team goals
- Based in or able to regularly work on-site in the Upstate SC area (Greenville/Spartanburg)
