About the role
Autism Learning Partners is a leading full-service ABA provider focused on treating autism and other developmental disabilities. We collaborate with doctors, therapists, families, schools, and specialists to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and evaluate client programs
- Provide parent education
- Conduct assessments
- Solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA
- Motivate and mentor behavior technicians
- Coordinate client visits
- Offer coaching and clinical support to enhance service quality
- Ensure clients receive full clinical prescriptions
- Maintain accurate records of billable hours
- Deliver timely progress reports and treatment plans
- Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities
- Embrace new challenges
- Prioritize tasks effectively
- Remain flexible to manage a dynamic caseload
- Motivate and elevate staff productivity
- Assist in performance evaluations
- Provide crucial support to parents and technicians during urgent situations
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field
- Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours towards certification (preferred)
- At least one year of experience providing clinical program management (under the supervision of a BCBA)
Qualifications
- Pass the required background checks and physical exams
- Have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during onboarding
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in ABA techniques and principles

Pay
Base Compensation: $30.00 – $35.25 per hour (based on experience, skills, and geography)
Schedule
Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings, mid-day, and afternoons up until 6:30pm most nights, with two to three evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm (we pay extra for evenings)
