ABA Paraprofessional - Center Elementary School

About the role

Paraprofessional to support students with Autism (ASD) primarily in the general education classroom setting. Applicants do not need to be ABA trained in advance, but must be willing to be trained in the principles of ABA (data collection, implementation of behavior support plan, etc).

Candidate will work with elementary school children, both in general education classrooms and the special education classroom to support students academically, socially, emotionally, and/or physically.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to support students with ASD needs
• Build relationships with students and colleagues and provide ongoing support and direction to students
• Work under the direction of various related service providers (BCBA, Speech, OT, etc.) as well as special and general education teachers
