ABA Implementer I

Responsibilities

• Performing intensive interventions with clients with autism within the methodology of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Collecting and maintaining data.
• Implementing plans to reduce challenging behavior.
• Receiving weekly supervision from the Coordinator/Supervisor and/or Behavior Analyst.
• Affords assistance to clients in activities of daily living.
• Completes billing forms/documentation as required.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting.
• Frequent standing.
• Bending, stooping.
• Occasional team lifting to 200 pounds.
• Normal range of hearing.
• Sufficient manual dexterity for operating office equipment.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and handle irate individuals.
• Might require evening and weekend hours.
