Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor’s degree or are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program
• Completed a minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field

Skills

• Apply ABA therapy methods and techniques
• Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans
• Provide assistance with activities such as personal hygiene, social awareness, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping
• Collect observational data and complete all necessary paperwork
• Communicate with residents, families, and guardians
