ABA Therapist - 7:00-9:00

About the role

The role involves providing therapeutic interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in ASD therapy.
• Valid state license to practice therapy.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in ASD therapy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with data management systems.
