About the role
The role involves providing therapeutic interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in ASD therapy.
- Valid state license to practice therapy.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in ASD therapy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data management systems.
